# What you can do with mukumo

> An overview of mukumo's features and the screens you see first.

mukumo helps you track your site's search rankings, find what to improve, and talk with your customers through a LINE Official Account. Talk to muku, the AI assistant, and it helps with analysis and changing your settings.

## Main features

| Feature | What you can do | Screen |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Track rankings | See the search rankings of the keywords you register, and how they move | Keywords, Groups |
| Compare with competitors | Register competitor sites and compare rankings for the same keywords | Competitors |
| Improve | Find what to fix with a site audit, and check big ranking changes with alerts | Site audit, Alerts |
| muku, the AI assistant | Ask questions in chat or on a call. It reads your data to answer, and helps change your settings | AI Assistant |
| LINE management | Reply from the inbox, send broadcasts and scenarios, use rich menus and forms, take event bookings, and track entry routes | LINE management |
| For developers | Read and write sites, keywords and rankings from other tools with an API key | Developers |

## What to do first

1. Open **Get started** on Home. (At the top of Home, you can switch between **Get started** and **Dashboard**.)
2. Add the site whose rankings you want to track.
3. Add keywords.
4. If you have a question, use **Ask muku** at the top right.

For the full flow, see [First-time setup](/docs/en/getting-started/first-setup/).

## Moving around

- Open a service from the column of icons on the far left. Services that don't fit are under "More".
- You can collapse the sub-navigation next to the column to widen the page. While it is collapsed, pointing at an icon shows that service's sub-navigation beside the column. "Keep open" at its top right brings the current service's sub-navigation back so it stays open. To stop this, turn it off under "Left navigation" in Settings.
- You can also switch with the keyboard: Ctrl+Shift+1–9 opens the 1st to 9th service in the column, and Ctrl+Shift+0 opens Home (use the Control key on a Mac too). Search is ⌘K (Ctrl+K) and the muku panel is ⌘J (Ctrl+J).
