# Use a transcribed meeting

> Search transcribed meetings, replay them, name the speakers, and have muku summarize them.

On the Meeting notes screen, you can reread transcribed meetings (meeting minutes and transcripts), search them, and have muku summarize them. People with the Viewer role can read them too.

## Search

1. On the Meeting notes screen, enter a word in **Search meetings (titles and what was said)**.
2. Meetings whose title or spoken content contains the word appear. If the word is in the spoken content, the statement and its time also appear.

## Replay

1. Choose a meeting in the list.
2. Select the time to the left of a statement to play from there.
3. Select **Save audio** or **Save video** to save the file to your device.

## Name the speakers

At first, speakers appear by number, such as "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2".

1. In the **Speakers** list, select the speaker you want to name.
2. Enter a name and select **Save**. If you leave the name empty, it goes back to the number.

Once you name a speaker, muku reads the meeting with that name. Only people with the Member role or higher can name speakers.

## Have muku summarize

1. Choose a meeting and select **Ask the AI**.
2. muku reads the meeting notes and summarizes the key points, the decisions, and the next steps (with owners and due dates, if any).

You can also ask from the **AI** page, for example "What did we decide at last week's weekly sync?" muku finds the meeting notes and answers.

## When transcription didn't work

If you see **Stopped**, check the reason. If you don't have enough credits, add credits and then select **Transcribe again**.

## Delete

1. Choose a meeting and select **Delete**.
2. Select **Delete** again. The recording, the video, and the transcript are deleted. This can't be undone.

Only the person who recorded it, and owners and admins, can delete a meeting.
