# Earn credits by referring a business

> How to share your organization's referral link with other businesses, and the conditions for both organizations to receive credits when they move to a paid plan.

You can introduce mukumo to other businesses by sharing your organization's referral link. When an organization that started from your link pays for a paid plan for the first time, both your organization and theirs get 1,000 credits.

## Share your referral link

1. An organization owner or admin opens **Settings** > **Referrals**.
2. Under **Referral link**, select **Copy**.
3. Send the link to the business you want to introduce, by email, chat, social media, or any other way.

When someone opens the link, signs up for mukumo and creates an organization, it counts as a referral. **Results** on the same page shows the organizations referred, how many moved to a paid plan, and the credits received. The names of the referred organizations are not shown.

## When credits are given

| Organizations that count | The first organization created by someone new to mukumo within 60 days of opening the link |
| When | When the referred organization pays for a paid plan for the first time |
| Amount | 1,000 credits to your organization and 1,000 to the referred organization |
| Monthly limit | Your organization can receive credits for up to 5 referrals a month (Japan time). The referred organization always receives its credits |

Credits are not given when:

- Your organization and the referred organization share a member (referring yourself)
- Someone who already uses mukumo creates a new organization
- Someone signs up more than 60 days after opening the link
- The only payment is a ¥0 invoice or a credit purchase

If someone opens more than one referral link, the last link they opened counts. The credits are added to the organization as extra credits. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another organization. For details, see Article 4 of the [Terms of Service](/en/terms).
