Can I use it for free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 members and 300 credits a month. No credit card required.
What are credits?
Credits measure AI usage, such as chatting with muku, calls, reading answers aloud, and meeting note transcription. Chats use 1 credit per 1,000 tokens (repeated context counts 1/10), calls use 10 per minute, reading aloud uses 1 per 100 characters, and look ideas use 2 per try. Monthly credits reset on the 1st.
Will the AI assistant change settings on its own?
No. Every settings change appears as a proposal and applies only when you approve it.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We don't train AI models on your data, and we don't hand it to others for training. See "AI model training" in our Privacy Policy (Japanese).
Can I manage several clients' sites?
Yes. One account can belong to several organizations and switch between them, so you can keep one organization per client.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with a 6-digit code sent by email, your Google or Apple account, or a passkey. You can also add an authenticator app (optional).
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite members to your organization. People with the viewer role can look but not change anything.
Is it available in English?
Yes. Switch the screens, the AI's answers, and emails between Japanese and English.
Can I use Boards and Task management right away?
Yes. When an owner or admin adds one from the Services screen, we set up your organization's dedicated storage (a separate database for each organization) automatically, and it's ready in about a minute. Each person can have it set up automatically for up to 3 organizations. If you need more, or setup keeps failing, use our contact form.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing screen. It takes effect at the end of the paid period.
