End to end, as a small team
Each person owns the work, from deciding what to build to making it and checking it.
Building with AI
We use AI agents for development and research. Like muku in mukumo, people decide, AI does the work, and people check the results.
In Japanese and English
We ship the service and the help center in both Japanese and English.

How hiring works
Apply
Send us your background and what you'd like to work on at mukumo, using the form on the role's page. Add links to things you've made, if you have any.
Application review
We read every application and let you know the result by email either way.
Interviews
We talk online, usually once or twice, about the work and anything either of us wants to know.
Offer
We send the terms, such as employment type and salary, in writing, and set a start date once you accept.
We use the personal information in your application only for hiring and to contact you.
