On the Friends tab, you see your LINE friends list. Besides account, tag and name, you can filter it with a Saved segment, a set of conditions you named and kept. You can export the filtered friends as CSV and open them in a spreadsheet.
Before you begin
- Connect a LINE Official Account first (Connect a LINE Official Account).
- Members and above can save segments and export CSV. People with Assignments to specific accounts can’t save segments.
Save a segment
- On the Friends tab, click Manage segments.
- Click Create a segment.
- Enter a Name and set the conditions. They work the same as Narrow down in broadcasts (Send broadcasts).
- Check the number of matching friends, then click Save.
- You can also save conditions from a broadcast with Save these conditions.
- Use saved segments from Saved segment in the friends list and from Use a saved segment in broadcasts. Others in your organization can use them too.
- Deleting a segment doesn’t change broadcasts created with it. They keep their conditions.
Export CSV
- On the Friends tab, choose an account, tag, name or saved segment to narrow down to the friends you want.
- Click Export CSV.
The friends matching the current filters are exported to one file. Exports are recorded in the audit log.

See overlapping friends
When you’ve connected several Official Accounts, Duplicate friends appears on the Friends tab. It shows how many people are friends of two or more accounts, and the count for each pair of accounts.
- Between accounts under the same provider, the same person is matched exactly.
- Between accounts under different providers, people with the same profile picture are treated as the same person, so the count is an estimate.
Turn on Avoid overlaps with other accounts in a broadcast so each person gets only one message.
