What to do first
- Open Get started on Home. (At the top of Home, you can switch between Get started and Dashboard.)
- Add the site whose rankings you want to track.
- Add keywords.
- If you have a question, use Ask muku at the top right.
For the full flow, see First-time setup.
Moving around
- Open a service from the column of icons on the far left. Services that don’t fit are under “More”.
- You can collapse the sub-navigation next to the column to widen the page. While it is collapsed, pointing at an icon shows that service’s sub-navigation beside the column. “Keep open” at its top right brings the current service’s sub-navigation back so it stays open. To stop this, turn it off under “Left navigation” in Settings.
- You can also switch with the keyboard: Ctrl+Shift+1–9 opens the 1st to 9th service in the column, and Ctrl+Shift+0 opens Home (use the Control key on a Mac too). Search is ⌘K (Ctrl+K) and the muku panel is ⌘J (Ctrl+J).
